Developed new DWPs for mooring and unmooring operations to “CPC-R” SPMs, export tankers to storage vessel at Port-Kavkaz outer road. Developed 12 ships security plans as per ISPS code. Prepared 12 Repair specifications and controlled special surveys of 12 vessels in 2015, including budget control. Assistant of MOMM, including all procedures whilst CPC-R Contract, Hose Change Out Procedures and SPM Interventions from 2010 till 2016. On position as Branch Manager of Rosinspectorate in Astrakhan contacted with local Clients and entered into three new Contracts, increased the Branch year profit in 15 %. New laboratory was put into operation under my supervision. On position of Harbour Master deputy developed changes and additions for port of Tuapse Mandatory Regulations to approve in Russian Ministry of Transport. Developed instruction to moor, unmoor and loading operations of oil tankers to new Rosneft Terminal 1A considering into account local hydro meteorological conditions and restricted sea room. Graduated in 2009 “Classical Business School”, Institute of International Business, degree Master of Business Administration. Passed examination in Ministry of Transport, Russian Federation for position of Designated Person for Safety of Navigation and responsible Person for Environment Protection in years 2004, 2010 and in November 2015. Received appropriate Certificates. Passed Courses “Project Management” based on standards of ANSI PMI PMBOK (USA Standard) in 2008 (PM Expert, Moscow).
